VACANCY – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME)
Locality
A position has become available in the Sales Department for a Guinot Account Executive covering Bristol, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
Reporting to the National Account Manager, the successful applicant will be based on the road but also required to attend the Ascot office for meetings etc.
Missions
In summary, the role will consist of:
• A sales region to develop and maintain with targets to achieve.
• Day to day management of all aspects of the assigned sales region.
• Arrange appointments with salons, which may include pre-arranged appointments or 'cold' calling.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with all salon staff including supporting administration staff e.g. receptionists
• Regularly attend company meetings, treatment and product training sessions.
Candidate profile
The person we are looking for:
• Professionally qualified to NVQ 3 in Beauty Therapy with minimum two years post qualified experience as a therapist within the professional beauty industry (preferable)
• Fully Guinot qualified (preferable). However, should this not be the case, the successful applicant must undertake and pass the full Guinot training course in the first two weeks of employment
• Be enthusiastic and professional in all situations
• Proven record of experience in managing budgets and achieving performance related targets.
This position does not have fixed hours but you are expected to work flexibly and reliably to meet the needs of the business and team in a customer focussed environment. Employment hours may include late evenings and Saturdays/Sundays or both. Travel within a working day, absence from home including overnight may be required.
